Hands up anyone who didn't see this coming. If course the media will be all over this as another example of Rudd's pointless, knee-jerk, symbolic, but ultimately useless gestures.........waiting......waiting.......

Mum purchases a gift subscription to Choice mag each year for me. I've asked her to cancel it and tell them it's because of their ridiculous obsession with AGW etc. They are, after all, a CONSUMER group.

When they announced that they were taking over Grocery Watch I emailed them expressing my opinion that it was a foolish idea. That it would take a lot of manhours to gather all the data they needed and it would cost them a fortune to implement the site as it was "advertised" by the government and to the expectations of the public.

Just heard on the news that Choice is thinking about taking legal action against the government.

Damn. I was so enjoying photographing abandoned shopping trolleys mouldering in canals as a metaphor for this stupid waste of money. I guess I will have to find something else to do....
